katie wollan
This month we are recognizing Katie Wollan! Katie has been a Chamber Ambassador for 7 years and we have enjoyed her infectious laughter and positive vibes! Here's a little bit more about Katie:

Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Katie has been a proud voice on Bridge FM (formerly Eagle 95.1) since 2014. What began as a part-time broadcast engineering role while attending Lake Superior State University became a full-time career in radio following her graduation in 2017. In 2018, she made the leap into on-air hosting and sales.
Katie stays active in the community as a local high school basketball broadcaster, registered basketball official, and most recently, the new owner of Twisted Bliss Cinnamon Rolls—a small-batch home bakery serving Sault Ste. Marie.
She is also passionate about her faith, regularly attending her local church and sharing with others how the Lord has transformed her life.

Leadership Program
The Sault Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program is designed to bring a group of diverse individuals together to undergo a series of educational sessions where they will become knowledgeable on topics that impact and define our community. These individuals are recognized as potential leaders in the community and will be equipped with information, resources and relationships to help shape the future of the Sault Ste. Marie area. Applicants will be selected on the basis of community involvement, career background, work experience, motivation, attitude and leadership potential.
