This month we are recognizing Ryan Skiera of Century 21 Advantage Plus! Ryan joined the Ambassadors in 2025 and is one of our newest members!

Here's a little more about Ryan:
I am truly honored to serve as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador while representing Century 21 Advantage Plus. I hold a PhD in Organization and Management and spent 18 years as a college professor, where I taught courses in business, management, accounting, economics, and finance.
My background in education has given me a strong foundation in understanding markets, strategy, and financial decision-making, which I now apply to my work in real estate. I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity. Being part of the local business community is important to me, and I enjoy building relationships while supporting the growth and success of the Sault Ste. Marie area.

Leadership Program
The Sault Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program is designed to bring a group of diverse individuals together to undergo a series of educational sessions where they will become knowledgeable on topics that impact and define our community. These individuals are recognized as potential leaders in the community and will be equipped with information, resources and relationships to help shape the future of the Sault Ste. Marie area. Applicants will be selected on the basis of community involvement, career background, work experience, motivation, attitude and leadership potential.
