Here's a little more about Dylynn:
I’m truly honored to be recognized as Ambassador of the Month. Being involved with the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce has been such a rewarding experience. I love being able to connect with people, support local businesses, and play a small part in helping our community grow. I’ve lived in the area since 1978, so this community has always been home. I’m a proud mom of two and grandmother of four, and my family continues to be the heart of everything I do. I currently serve as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Manager at Soo Co‑op Credit Union, where I’ve spent more than 25 years working in the financial industry—most of that in mortgage lending. Over the years, I’ve come to really appreciate the strong foundation of our Credit Union and the way we prioritize integrity, compassion, and service to our members. Helping people navigate the home‑buying process is something I take great pride in. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside with my husband—hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, or skiing. We love discovering Michigan’s hidden natural gems, from peaceful forest trails to the beautiful Great Lakes shoreline. Exploring Michigan is one of my greatest passions.

Leadership Program
The Sault Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program is designed to bring a group of diverse individuals together to undergo a series of educational sessions where they will become knowledgeable on topics that impact and define our community. These individuals are recognized as potential leaders in the community and will be equipped with information, resources and relationships to help shape the future of the Sault Ste. Marie area. Applicants will be selected on the basis of community involvement, career background, work experience, motivation, attitude and leadership potential.
